3. Custom Orders

Custom design orders require an advance payment as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines for custom pieces will be communicated at the time of order and may vary based on design complexity. Advances paid towards custom orders are non-refundable once the design/production process has begun, except where we are unable to fulfil the order.

4. Gold Exchange & Buyback

Our gold exchange and lifetime buyback programs are subject to valuation at prevailing market rates and applicable deductions as communicated at the time of exchange or buyback, in line with standard industry practice. Please carry your original purchase invoice for buyback and exchange requests wherever applicable.

5. Appointments & Enquiries

Appointments booked through our website are requests for a consultation and are confirmed by our team via phone or email. Submitting an enquiry or appointment request does not constitute a purchase or a binding order.
